Match Day Thread Watford vs Bournemouth 6 October 2018

Have read a few reports and seen the highlights.

IMHO, it was a pen and CK deserved the yellows.

Bad day at the office and we have learnt that Capoue is deffo not a CB.

Need a couple of good performances again to get the confidence back.

 

can't bring myself to watch it... much like neverton away last season.

 

We have only beaten Bournemouth once in the Premier league.

That kind of says it all - an annoying bogey team.

Albeit that was our first loss - the last time they beat us was when we had 10 men too (Angella sending off after about 2 minutes!)

They really seemed to enjoy beating us though! Much more than any other set of supporters who have beaten us have in recent seasons.

We caused our own downfall on Saturday but its interesting reading other fans forums from different clubs and they do speak the same of Bournemouth - talented team with a good manager but can also play the dark arts of the game well.

I do think we might have been ok had we kept 11 on the pitch as at 1-0 down we were in the game but guess we'll never know!
