Good win, entertaining stuff, well in control really and if Gray has his mojo back a plus.
    Till Saturday, night all.

Got away with that a bit. I think Gareth Ainsworth will need to choose his words wisely...

BAck to winning ways and AG gets 2 plus a clean sheet to boot.

    What's not to like?

My final conversation with him prior to leaving the office was: Andre Gray is starting... so Watford nil is a distinct possibility! :emoticon-0102-bigsm Tomorrow will be interesting...<whistle>

Our good friend Canary Dave would have been a very happy bird tonight.

Andre Gray's first brace in almost four years helped Watford beat Wycombe Wanderers in the Championship and go level on points with second-placed Brentford.

I thought it looked nasty. A twist or stretching of ligaments. But I was surprised the way they brought him to his feet, just sort of jerked upright. Looked like one of those ones that hurts a bit when you do it, but you don’t realise how bad it is till the next day.

I can't see the offside for their goal, that would have changed the whole game.

Pretty tight I think but think the attacker was just ahead as the ball got kicked.

I'm wondering why they didn't include the 'penalty' incident in the highlights - it looked clear cut to me from both angles shown last night.

Seen the Ikpeuzu challenges given... as for DB - stonewall pen imho. Got away with it a bit there.

I think there was an offside hence the lack of a penalty when Bachmann clattered their striker.

Their player intentionally ran at Bachmann, not at the ball. I know Bachmann put his hand out but that was because the attacker was aiming to foul him and put him off. Definite foul by the attacker.
