HT 1-0 WBA started like a train but ran out of steam - but Watford didn't seem to want to up their pace. Maybe too frightened of counter attacks
Your commentary is correct - but there's still lots of room for improvement. Lack of urgency really, Kone seems to be the only one prepared to attack quickly.
The lack of decisive decisions in the last third is so frustrating, could have easily been 3 or 4 up ,,hope we don't come to rue that , wba can't be as bad in next 45, in fact they often come back in 2nd half of games. We are so ponderous and slow at times you wonder what they've been coached to do ? Not conceed ?
He looked frustrated when taking throws - lack of movement from his teammates. Maybe he would cross more often if others were running instead of watching?
Totally agree. GT would be tearing his hair out at this performance - as much as it's an improvement on what has been served up previously.
