A free kick that wasn't a free kick led to their winner, while a handball in their area should have seen a penalty for us but was ignored by the ref. We should have won that 2-1... Not too bad a performance really - a lot better than recent efforts.
As Andrew French reported it. Big shouts for handball as Watford play the ball into the box and it appears to strike the arm of Robinson, but referee Mr Webb says no. Replays show the ball definitely hit an outstretched arm.
See a few nasty comments about Bachmann already sadly. I presume they will be giving Bond their full support even if he makes an error ..
The Bachmann haters are out in force on twitter - some truly sick & twisted individuals amongst them. There's also a rumour that we're working to bring Myles Roberts back from loan at Partick Thistle - could be some truth to it as he wasn't involved in Thistle's game today.
Can we please have some decent officiating at The Vic, or at our games? Another shocking performance from the officials today. whether it is in our favour, à la Portsmouth, or against us as today, I'm frankly beyond fed up of seeing these idiots in charge.
There will be some as BB says who might be disappointed his leg hasn't fallen off.. Was suggested he might go to a higher league but yes will come back here if Bachmann is out long term. Was a nice tribute as always. Shame we didn't get a result but GT would have liked the more attacking approach but sadly just lacked that quality or luck.
