Watford use a 2 step system at corners. All the main defenders (CH etc) mark space. The rest pick up specific players (planned beforehand who is on who), regardless of size. The plan is for them to stay with them and block their runs allowing the defenders marking space clear to concentrate on getting the ball away. In theory anyway!
In practice, it appears to be that step 1 is lose your man, while step 2 is let him score.
