I'm sure it's SN23, if any of the supermods ever wake up he'll be gone! Edit:- I may just try a single malt in my bedtime Horlicks!
handbags down Canaries, much ado about nothing. think the noth must be uspet and worries about going down!
Was expecting a score draw today so very happy with the 2-0. I also reckon Ighalo will go in January - will be interesting to see how we cope without him!?!
Why do you think he“ll go? He turned down 200,000 weekly to go to China. He seems humble enough too. Also, I doubt the owners would want to sell him ATM.
Thats the great thing about our owners , most of the time are forward thinking if 1/ by the end of the jan we are looking very safe 2/ A club like say Newcastle would offer Ighalo a 5 year deal at 3 or 4 times his current wage 3/ They offer us 25mill 4/ We could pick up C. Austin for say 15 mill (and our head coach want him) Then this is the life of EPL But thats four ifs
He's gone. Hit the report button next time please, i rarely look on the Watford board (I know i'm not welcome), fortunately someone else brought him to my attention
Beginning to think that not winning the championship was a blessing in disguise. What with that and Leicester flying high, we're going along nicely under the radar. Happy days
Thought Britos was our best player today (and the sponsors agreed... can't remember the last time that happened) but credit must go to Jurado who played easily his best game in a Watford shirt. At last, and good for him! Thoroughly deserved our win but, like many others I thought we made hard work of it. "The likes of Watford" go marching on.
Anythings possible but I highly doubt it. The essential thing before selling for profit this season is securing promotion and anything that increaes the chance of relegation will be avoided therefore the squad will be strengthened not weakened in the window. Value in the January window would need to be 50 million plus to even start to think of selling as the losses are potentially in the hundreds of millions if we don't stay up. Ighalo proved he wanted to stay so money isn't the be all and end all and given the bonuses the guys got for promotion wouldn't mind betting that the personal benefit for staying up for these players will be more than fair!!!
Ighalo was unlucky with that offside decision in the 1st half then but least it didn't matter.. . Kamara at it again - making himself look foolish!
yesterday overall a good day at the office against honestly a sub-standard Norwich team. Apparently Ighalo's disallowed goal was not offside too. He looked so strong going forward and of course if they impede him we get a foul.... so strong....
Alex Neil said he didn't think there was much between the teams yesterday. Muppet ! Apart from the result, the fact that we were better in defence, midfield and up front, I agree with him. Oh and one other small difference - 9 points ! COYH !
I think he must have been very disappointed with his team....... the only thing that lets us down on our stats every game is our passing accuracy.... luckily out work rate, good defedning and good strikers counterbalances that
Biggest laugh I had this weekend. Another reason why Flores' honesty in post match interviews is a breath of fresh air. If we are poor he says we were poor, not this kind of bollocks. Believe what you like you mug.
Interesting to note on their own website both Adams and Wisdom talk about how we were better and dealt with the conditions better. http://www.canaries.co.uk/ Maybe somebody from the Norwich PR team had a quick word having looked at fans comments and suggested they ought to change their views?
