I knew going to the gym (overlooking Old Trafford) this morning in my canary top would bring success- have to go again on Tuesday and then straight up to Blackburn still sweaty

I must also give credit to Darrel Russell - his commentary had me smiling all game despite the scrappy football for the 1st 60 minutes
