I sometimes have issues with both tactics and team selection... but his saving grace, for me, is how he brings young players through and his part in the recruitment process ... that's a huge part of a club of our size having any chance of success or, indeed, surviving, in a league where other clubs can spend daft money ...

Agree - that three at the back just isn't working, especially when it relies on a wing back being alert enough to drop back quickly when needed. And Ken Sema isn't that wing back - he was plodding back like a carthorse when Boro scored - two of their players completely unmarked on his side. I think I'd rather see four at the back, with the youngster Morris at left back.

Relying on Hause and Davis coming good and staying fit.

Defiantly need a right wingback as Kamara isn’t comfortable there.

And loosely on that subject, I see we had another decent crowd in spite of Saturday - just over 20K.

Sema looks quite skillful going forward and does add something to the attack....

The goal we conceded is a good example of how bad that three at the back is. Kabasele was beaten so the central CB, Sierrialta, came to block the cross. This left the one remaining CB, Cathcart, to defend against two forwards. There should never be a situation where the forwards outnumber the defence. It made it so simple for them.

Met them both last night. Also King Kenny I and Sir Gareth Porter were just in front of me.

Seems like Batman pushed the cross onto their strikers head, well fingertipped it onto his bonce.

Sarr's goal was a thing of beauty, hope he's kept and back to fully fit form, JP looking good too. We HAVE TO keep them to have any chance of going up! That was deffo a shot from Gasper, never an attempt to set Bayo up, you can see the way he tries to set his standing leg but loses balance a bit.

We've been lucky in a few games so far this season.

Pleased for Bayo, long may the onion bag bulge.

I like the kit on display last night.

The Wobby are suggesting that this view of the winning goal shows that Gaspar's shot was deflected into Bayo's path. I'm not convinced - still looks like he shanked it to me. But who cares - it ended up in the back of the net and we won...:)

Ohhhhhh, to me looks like his scuffed shot (that wasn't shanked) did take a little touch off the defender there.

Nah - enlarge the video and look at it frame by frame. it comes off Gaspar's foot and goes straight to Bayo.

I think we could lose Sarr as Asprilla has shown what he can develop Into

We need to keep Pedro and develop Asprilla

Idealy we keep Pedro, Sarr and Asprilla, sort out defence and midfield and give the lower half of the Prem a easy shock next year

    One day

I am more concerned about holding on to our best players now

If we go up we need a ball playing centre back, a right back who can cross and a midfield general

If we go up we will buy Kamara from Udinese for £18m
