I am sure it evens out over time it evens out but some very poor refereeing at the w/e resulted in some very bad tackles which could have caused severe injuries. If he had dealt with the first incident as he should have then it would have settled down.
The stats in the article show we have had more cards etc but the point the article is missing is our sense of injustice because we have been given red cards against Bournemouth which were rescinded on appeal but have cost us the game whereas they have got away without red cards which have subsequently been shown that they should have received which would probably have cost them the game Neither side are anywhere near the likes of West Brom or Stoke but we have suffered more from bad refereeing than they have in our recent matches
Can there be any retrospective action against the 2 Bournemouth players as neither were booked for their offences? (except for the 2nd min foul that got a yellow card) I.e. Billings elbow & studs on Cleverley then Kelly last man foul on Sarr.
Don’t think so - if Pickford wasn’t for his tackle then they won’t be. 2nd foul would have been a 2nd yellow which they cannot give after wards.
