Does anyone have an understanding on what the court ruling about FIFA's transfers means in practice? Could it torpedo the whole business model of the club (i.e. buy players cheap, sell them for more) and mean the club's assets (i.e. players under contract) are worth much less than thought?
Yes seems the players will have much more power when it comes to contracts and transfers but no doubt FIFA will appeal.
