Yes did notice that Bilic had been lined up before and agree Duxbury seems to have been undermined by those above him but the Pozzos will say they run and own the club whilst Duxbury like Giaraetta are just employed by the club . But you are right - there were doubts about Edwards although people feel he had been a bit unlucky in the manner of the sacking . I suspect Duxbury was going for a long term outlook whilst Gino and co almost see this season as promotion or bust really . Their ambitions and goals have clashed it seems .
Hmmm - Juergen Elitim. Never heard of him - has he ever even been to Watford? "I'm enjoying it to the maximum" - Watford man ‘happy’ with current situation away from Hornets - Sport Witness
Imrân Louza has committed his long-term future to the Hornets, signing a new contract until the summer of 2028.
No ( well never know with us !!) but as a sellable sellable asset next summer if we need the money - like with Pedro. Seems everyone is pinning their hopes on him coming good to improve the midfield but remember he has been out for a while so will need time to get fully match fit etc . Probably be ready just in time for the next manager !!
