Maybe we weren't quite as good at the beginning as our points suggested (any 1 goal victory is a lottery really) and we were pretty dire against Wycombe. But we could/should have beaten Barnsley. We are only missing a reliable scorer - and perhaps with Perica/TD 9 we'll get better results. I think also, sadly, that if Chalobah is first choice, we are lacking some accuracy in the middle of the park.
At least in this league the next game comes along so quickly ,you can forget the latest disappointment.

No change in formation for Ivic.

Fine but we need to get more on target and pass better.

I sent that to a friend who support Liverpool and he said well he has got most of them right in all fairness.

Just hopeless at predicting anyone else.

Sad that. We're not genetically programmed to play out from the back.

    Yes - saw that.

Does sound like Pearson was treated poorly in the way he was sacked but I guess we'll never really know what actually caused the dismissal.

I certainly don't think it was simply down to the fact we lost to West Ham and the Pozzos thought we'd get better results just by having Mullins in charge.

Appears Pearson was quite ill though and maybe that affected him (plus some personal issues) more that we think given some of our post re-start performing were pretty rubbish.
