I think most would be realistic and sensible but do feel you might have some younger fans resenting the fact they cannot go and their mates can. Bit like with the lockdown , masks etc. 95% will understand and adhere to the rules . The rest won't.
Us? Most potty mouthed fans on Twitter ? Surely not ! https://news.paddypower.com/footbal...-top-table-of-premier-leagues-sweariest-fans/
They completely ignore the fact that the use of a particular club hashtag on Twitter is not restricted solely to fans of that club. Everton, Arsenal and Palace fans in particular regularly use ours to pour their bile our way.
Good point and no doubt most of the abuse was aimed at Deneey when he spoke out about his worries regarding the virus.
Speaking ahead of the match, Pearson said he has "an agreement" in place with the club, although he would not be drawn into any details. Instead he said he was focused on achieving Premier League survival first and foremost. "Hopefully, yes," he said when asked if he would be in the same job next season. Depend on if we stay up or go down then? He'll want assurances about getting players in and having his own say. And probably about not being sacked after 3 games like Gracia was!
Interesting idea - I know a few clubs have worn special anniversary kits in the past but would be quite a difference! Blue rather than yellow . Adam Leventhal @AdamLeventhal "Am hearing that @WatfordFC have opted for a blue home shirt next season, in throwback to club's original colours from 1881. May debut vs West Ham. Likely to divide opinion. Unconfirmed re shorts/socks"
I thought I'd do a search for that quote - and can't find it anywhere. Presumably behind an @TheAthleticUK paywall?
Ok - am not a member so maybe that's why it never showed up anywhere for me? And I'm not going to take out a subscription to The Athletic just to find out...
Well if it was sky blue and we played like Man City, I could live with that. If we play like Coventry City, perhaps I could not.
