But he backed into a hedge.

Yeah, thought it might not be the full truth. But still, I bet he is as hard as nails.

Wolves mind are a pack of dynamite. I bet there are some round your way, that's how you know right?

There are wolves in Germany, and they have settled in the Bergisches Land where I live. You never see them, and they avoid humans. It is true that wolves will avoid any risk of physical injury which could damage their hunting ability and, as a result, will not attack anything which they do not identify as prey. The only recorded attacks on humans in Europe have been from cornered wolves in captivity against warders, and the odd case of rabid wolves - but wolves are not particularly effected by rabies. In contrast to here Rumania also has a very large wild dog population - anyone wandering there should carry a stick at all times. The estimated wild dog population of Rumania is about 100 times larger than their wolf population - they also do not have the same shyness for people. A serious attack by wolves against people can only lead to one result - that is why I am sceptical. Their natural prey here in Germany is roe deer, wild deer and wild pigs, with the occasional sheep or goat taken. One of my friends lost 3 sheep recently, so people with endangered livestock get grants to cover electric fencing (but not the labour costs).

    Nice to know.

Maybe Pearson fought off a wild dog and thought it was a wolf.

However, I know that the story must be taken with a large pinch of salt.

On a different note, I was faced with a tlacuache the other night at my father-in-law's ranchito. That was enough for me to run like the wind!!

I must admit I had to google to find out what a tlacuache is Mex <doh> A kind of opossum ? The main problem here is from wild boar (they even roam into Berlin at times !) - unfortunately my wife is very much into wanting closer contact to them (at which point I lead her in another direction rapidly).

Just a heads up as some of you might have thought about going.

The Man U away game will probably be moved to the Sunday 23rd Feb as they are in Europe on the Thursday.

No... He has been played through injury when he should have rested and been treated.
I would be surprised if was more than a bit part in the first team for a couple of months.. Let alone the fact that he is very young
