Kabasele thinks our attack is too good to go down - potentially it could be but we've not scored for 3 games and only netted twice in one game all season.. https://www.fourfourtwo.com/news/kabasele-watford-are-too-good-go-down Anyway we leak goals for fun so most of the goals we score probably won't matter and our attack keeps changing so often that no-one gets a settled run of games. And by saying we just need belief that suggests a lack of confidence and positive mind set...
The problem I see is that yes we have 'big name' players on paper, but not many want to earn the right to play. Deloufeu yesterday came on as sub and waltzed around for the most part. For someone that thinks (I believe he wants away) he is better than Watford I thought he would come on chomping at the bit to influence the game, but he did nothing of note - a good free kick (but I expect most pro players to be able to ping a dead ball - not many can though!!) and one run where he got to the byline and the screwed the cross out (I was the other end so think that is what happened) other than that I don't think he broke a sweat! Gray, no comment. Welbeck = Rusty. Overall there was no real endeavour from our forwards save for Pereyra who was the only one that did anything. Too good to go down - heard that before!!!! Not on showings to date!!!
The one positive is that, despite the toothlessness of the Blades attack, we got a clean sheet which may boost the confidence of the defence, i think the attack needs Deeney to shout at it,
We have the most ineffective attack you won't be surprised to hear ! https://mobile.twitter.com/experimental361/status/1180923653128687622
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...s-warned-financial-disaster-following-piracy/ Seeing as Watford is put into the article as an example, it seems fair to put it into this thread. Very rarely do I have coverage of WFC games via beIN sports, usually it comes via the USA. If this were to happen and part of the income to the club disappeared, along with the uncertain status of some of our staff and players, we could be in a bit of a mess.
Telegrapgh do seem to have a bit of inside knowledge about us! The greater concern will be ensuring we stay up otherwise all form of revenue will be lost/decreased.
Just had a quick look at the game, and I doubt that anyone is over exerting their self. Makes you wonder just what is the point of these games. By the way it is raining in Dortmund.
https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...rg-hoping-leave-watford-loan-january/?ref=rss Not surprised he is looking for some football. Both him and Bachmann are probably miffed they haven't even had a chance in the cup games.
Read in Evening Standard today that Flores invited Kane Crichlow to train with the first team last month and promptly broke his ankle in training! Chalobah has put him up at his place and is ferrying him around to training (rehab) etc.
https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/n...r-tory-deeney-fined-dangerous-tinted-windows/ This sounds like a technical offence rather than a deliberate flouting of the law.
The car was as he bought it He has made the appropriate changes I wonder if the seller of the car will have a word in his ear Was Deeney stopped because he is a black footballer playing for Watford????????
