It would be very disturbing if it happened, but loyalty is a 2 way thing. Unfortunately we have become known as a club that rotates managers after a year - we bring them in to do a one year job, take us to the next phase (whatever that means) and then get rid of them for the next one. If a manager gets a better offer (ie. more long term contract) in the meantime, then they will be gone. Does anyone know what kind of contract Silva has with us ?
And will be sticking to it according to this... https://www.footballinsider247.com/...-rejects-everton-another-frontrunner-emerges/
Why are Skybet pushing Marco Silva as the next coach of Everton? Are they charged by the EPL to destabilise the club?
They tend to just react to betting patterns, so probably been a few bets on Silva taking over (from hopeful Evertonians maybe) so they have slashed the price, and nothing more. The report today is Everton are going to go for Dyche as Silva wants to stay!
I have one naïve question, how are Spurs scouts able to see Richarlison play when the fans cannot get tickets for games? I do not know how good HITC, Football London or This is Futbol are for speculating.
According to the Mirror, Spurs are monitoring him. I might monitor my blood pressure from time to time as well, but as long as things stay as they are I do nothing.
Well it was always going to happen with Richarlison as he's been getting all the press! If Spurs want him, it's going to cost a lot of money! Glad Doucoure is still going relatively under the radar as he'd be a massive loss if teams start realising how good he is!
The model that the owners have always used is to sell when they think a player has reached his maximum value. I suspect they will feel there is more to come yet.
I agree... I think we have almost moved on from him now, the way we are trying to play. He still has a role in the squad - someone to bring on from the bench to mix things up - just one of those that will need upgrading on eventually
