I think the new one only got opened as this one fell off the page. Should Leonardo ever come back it might seem a bit mean to have displaced his thread so quickly - this has been around for 6 years.

That's exactly right - I don't know why I couldn't see it - even had it flagged as a 'watched thread'. I have the same problem with The Environment thread - it doesn't show up unless I do a search for it, which is a tad annoying.
And now I have the same problem with this one - I have to search for it as it doesn't show up on the threads list. Any chance it could be pinned, which may fix the problem?
I could pin it BB, but I suspect that the problem is the way you have the settings. I do not have any watched threads, so everything that all posters write comes through in time order. This simply moves the thread of the latest comment up the list. Therefore your comment is now the first one after the pinned threads.
I'm not sure about that - I did 'unwatch' it but it still doesn't show. I'm not sure what else to try.
Is it anything to do with "ignore" lists? - or do they not have anything to do with that? Both threads you mention were started by Leonardo - can you see his other threads such as Other Sport or Politics?
Well Mariappa won't be a good replacement against a tall team like WBA. Maybe Walter will just bring Janmaat in..tbf that was quite a positive move! Only issue is the fitness of the Dutchman.
