As usual, i thought he came across really well. Didn't seem to struggle talking about all sorts of stuff and as usual, had good and honest comments and opinions. He's very impressive when it comes to media stuff imo.
I wonder if his real opinion is the same as what he says. I hope so, very media savvy but I do feel reasonably honest.
Be a statement of intent if we went and took 2 players from Liverpool - http://www.theguardian.com/football...-joe-allen-jordon-ibe-watford-summer-transfer Not sure either would come though - think Ibe is one for the future up there.
World's most expensive trainers unveiled. Wonder if Troy fancies them http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/video_and_audio/headlines/35923669
Seems we have signed another striker, Ola Adeyemo http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/14393108.Hornets_bring_in_Nigerian_striker_Adeyemo/
Sort of cnfirmed!! - http://www.wdsport.co.uk/2016/03/watford-land-liverpool-winger-jerome-sinclair/ And my Scouse mate siad about him " He's definitely got talent, but more a striker than anything else. His attitude is a bit **** though, but bear in mind his agent is Aidy Ward. This is the guy that got Raheem his move to City last year with a lot of recriminations. Liverpool had problems negotiating his contract because he wanted a lot more than we were willing to offer someone so young and who hadn't exactly set the world on fire with his first team performances. You're getting him on a free so there's nothing to lose I reckon." Some signings already made for (hopefully) next season in the Prem and beyond!!
Any experts on 'contract law' on here? Real Madrid apparently want to sign Miguel Layun & Porto have an option to buy clause written into the loan contract. Could we recall him and sell him to RM?
Depends on our contract with Porto really. If Porto have an automatic right-to-buy after him spending X amount of time there/playing X amount of games/etc... then no. If we have a recall right then yes. I doubt the Pozzos won't have put a recall option in though, just in case of this exact scenario. R. Madrid apparently want to do the same-ish thing with their striker Morata at Juventus, so it's only fair that we do the same to them
I assume the key word here is 'option'. They may have an option, but if they exercise this then I guess there is a whole load of negotiation that needs to then take place.
Might be good news if run well to have the most local of pubs open for home fans. http://m.watfordobserver.co.uk/news/14396100.Iconic_pub_saved_from_auction/
