Looking at our list for potential Goal of the Season I am not sure there has been a better selection to choose from. Suspect they are on Hornets Player.
Brighton away sold out 3000!!!!, Milwall 2420 out of allocation of 2900 and Forest 1790 out of 2000 allocation. Brilliant support for the boys!!!!
Seems as if Slav has hit the jackpot getting his job. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...atford_every_opportunity_to_secure_promotion/
you have to wonder if staying in hotels befote home games has contributed to improving tesm spirit - well, that and getting shot of some trouble makers. Impressive stuff nonetheless - thanks for sharing!
It does seem we are getting many of these details right. A lot of fans wanted more English players (myself included), but seems they were the main trouble makers, and it was great to see they backed the manager in getting rid of them. Sends a clear message that youhave to be a team player to play for Watford - no matter how big you think you are! It's these details like flights and hotels before even home games that will attract players to the club. We treat the players well, so the players want to give everything for the shirt and each other
BBC Sports page headlines today: Bournemouth edge closer to promotion Hooper winner keeps Norwich in second Boro win to keep pace with leaders but Watford win places Millwall in deeper danger -oh yes the other three are going for promotion aren't they?
Watford manager Slavisa Jokanovic has revealed he has no idea whether he'll be retained by the club next season. The 46-year-old former Chelsea midfielder took the reins in October and has guided the Hornets to within sight of automatic promotion - they currently sit level on points with second-placed Norwich with four games to go. But Jokanovic offered a brutally honest assessment of his future and insists he is focused on the current campaign rather than the next one. He told Sky Sports News HQ: "This is not a question for me. It's a question for the office. I don't start to prepare for next season. I don't start to prepare for a Championship season or a Premier League season. "It's real life. In real life it's today, tomorrow and next week in front of us. We finish this season and then I'm going to ask them if they prepare something for next season or not. "It's not important. What's important is the big target. There are a thousand coaches that exist in the world and Watford can try and find another solution if they are not happy with me." If results go their way, Watford could secure themselves a place in the Championship play-offs by beating Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Wednesday.
If the views of the people on here are representative of the majority of Watford fans, I wouldn't be surprised... Poor guy never got a fair chance from the start.
http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/12894963.Forestieri_fit_to_face_Birmingham/ Fessi fit for Brum - which simply gives SJ a selection headache I suppose... Doubts about Connolly though - bummer.
