Keith Andrews says he has been put on gardening leave by the club.. Just another way of saying he won't be involved again but cannot go back to Bolton as they don't want him. http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/9631601/andrews-on-garden-leave
Good result in U21 cup 6-1 against Leeds tonight. Murray captain with O'Nien scoring twice + Mensah, Docherty, Fabrinni & Ranegie the scorers
The trialist who played in the U21 cup game last night was Vujadin Savic who has played for the Serbia U21 team quite often. A 24 year old centre back at 6'.4" he was at Bordeaux for a couple of seasons, but spent a lot of time on loan at Dynamo Dresden. It sounded as if he was good in the game, but had little to do.
Keith Andrews' loan spell with Watford looks set to end as the midfielder is in advanced talks to rejoin his former club MK Dons. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/11711070.Andrews_close_to_MK_Dons_move/
Thank goodness we lost a game or the curse might strike again. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/11708615.Jokanovic_nominated_for_manager_of_the_month/
But our run of defeats seem to be for 3/4 games. The Under 21s game was very good albeit against what looked like an Under 18s side!
http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/watfordfc/watfordfcnews/11712357._/? SJ starting to weed them out.....
Let's face it he has made no impact in his time with the team, unless you count rumours of him creating dressing room unrest.
half price tickets for the Charlton and Blackpool games. Great news for those of us who go to a few matches but a bit harsh on season ticket holders.
Just why is the club always so slow to comment about such things? http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp..._Watford_but_club__do_not_have_his_transfer_/
The chances of these two returning are not nil by the sound of things. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...ill_looking_to_re_sign_Bassong_and_Guedioura/
"WOW" was the headline in the WO when we signed Steve Sims in late 1978 - we paid a then record fee of £200k for him. How times have changed.......
Hornets defender Gabriel Tamas is set to leave the club after agreeing to cancel his contract by mutual consent, the Watford Observer understands. Tamas joined the Golden Boys on a free transfer last summer and made ten appearances before he suffered a knee ligament injury against Bournemouth in September. That match will prove to be his last for Watford and the 31-year-old has already been linked with a move back to his native Romania. According to reports, Steaua Bucharest – who competed in the Champions League last season – are attempting to complete a deal for the central defender.
