I'd be surprised if Colin loaned this fella to us, he's not too happy with us since Ekstrand injured his starlet Williams at Portman Road.

 

Do we need another midfielder?

Have to say Uche didn't look very fit and had a tricky time last night for the Under 21s.

We took him off at half time and certainly looked more dangerous with the youngsters Jakubiak and Michael Folivi up front - more pace and just general awareness.

It is that time of year again when the accounts are published. Certainly despite the loss it is tiny compared to the requirements of the FFP regulations. Leeds are openly saying that they are preparing for a transfer ban from 1st January and I suspect there will a number of other clubs in the same boat.

I have faith in the Pozzos - they have done a good job off the pitch and given us a chance to get promoted on it.

They cannot control the players and their performance although not quite sure this manager is the answer...

Afterall some didn't like Sannino criticising them.

 

Maybe the kick up the arse some of 'em need?

 

For what it's worth, my opinion is that public "kicks-up the arse" by the manager is quickly followed by a "boot out of the door" for him......

There were rumours last night that Hoban is going out on loan! A good move to get soe game time, to come back when Bassong goes? Would prefer Hoban in the team over Ekstrand, personally.

 

I'd keep him - can play in 2 defensive positions and good on the ball.

Also British so counts as one of the few homegrown players we have.

Also why let him go to a potential rival..

 

I can't understand how Hoban doesn't get into the team at the moment. He's better than Ekstrand and I'd pick him ahead of anyone who's played right wing-back...but then I thought Spain would retain the world cup!

 

His last appearance was a bit of a shocker, if I remember rightly....

 

So have Ekstrand and Paredes' last two or three...
