    I see Whichelow and Mingoia have gone out on loan - to Acrington Stanley - nobody better wanted to give them a go?

    At least they will get game time as both will be likely looking for clubs for next season after what we have seen so far with the influx of players from Italy.

    I think a mistake for Piero Mingoia. He could have helped on the players nights out!

    The important thing is that as many lads as possible are playing, so that they can fight for the future they deserve, whether that's here or lower down the leagues.

    funny though, i thought, at the beginning of the season, Mingoia was one of Zola's favourites...good though, he's very promising..

    Interesting that we decided to keep him on and now he's left of his own accord. Doesn't seem like a good sign, but without knowing any background it's hard to speculate.

    From what i've seen of him he looks good. Attack minded and takes free kicks, but he's been on the books for a while and he's now 20 without breaking through to the first team for a run of games, just the odd appearance and cup match. This loan is essential for him to proove he can make the grade.

    I dont think you can say he takes free kicks. He occasionally kicks the ball in the vague direction of the goal on the odd chance he gets it over or around the 3 plastic men forming the wall. Even Zola can take a better free kick.

    Ouch! that seems harsh Dan, i think Mingoia is a good player, hopefully when he comes back he'll finally get his big break...

    I agree he is a hot prospect, but he cannot take a free kick. Zola worked with him alone for 20 mins yet he still couldnt get it on target.
