Let us hope this is the start of a bidding war! We are, and always have been, a selling club and rely on player trading to keep afloat. Player trading is only profitable by selling players with a decent value, so therefore our best players, so I guess we have to accept we will be losing Marvin. The important thing is to make sure we lose him for the best price we can get! I don't think we have really seen anything of Garner yet. maybe with a run he will step up to replace Marvin if he goes?
Agree! In what limited game time he has had, he has shown more willingness to work than MS & I'm sure that he'll find his shooting boots if given the chance.
i agree BB! Meanwhile, in other short news, Josh Walker has gone to Scunthorpe. I don't get it to be honest. I know we're awash in midfield, but from what i saw of him, he was similar to Hogg, in that he chased and battled, and went forward and had pace. Obviously there was something not quite right because no manager played him and he spent so much time out on loan, very odd. Anyway, gone now, on a free...shame.
Only a months loan apparently - some FIFA regulation stopping a move permanent move. Probably Blatter annoyed that he can't get a cut of the transfer fee as there isn't one,
yep, so now apparently he's on an emergency loan which can only last 93 days... i don't know why we don't keep him!
The Sordell one's a worry. We have to resign ourselves to the fact that he's too good to stay here forever, but I truly believe that another six months would be mutually beneficial.
there seems to be an attitude problem, it hasn't just been with us, whilst at stevenage this time around he only made 6 substitute appearances before being sent back to us 2 months earlier than expected
it does seem strange though...he seems to work hard on the pitch...i don't get it...i guess we'll never know...
wouldn't this be nice! http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/9473902.Victory_over_Spurs_will_land_at_least___280_000/
not liking this tweet much! Watford Observer @Observer_Owl 5m We understand there has been no approach from Derby County for #WatfordFC's Ross Wilson and, at present, won't be leaving the club
I doubt that! If the Going rate for a quality striker is £2,000,000 at least these days (unless you get lucky) and left wingers being the same, we are going to have to promote from within or take a chance again.
Good job we did get NN to sign. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/9477728.Taylor_suffers_another_injury_setback/
