I see the Prince got both goals today in the Reserves win against MK Dons. The team was strong enough that it could possibly appear as a first team some time this season.
Hopefully he can kick on from that and be useful to the first team ......please be the next Don Cowie ......pretty please!
Thats a big blow. Thankfully he is young and his body will heal fast and stronger than ever! Maybe he and Stevie McGinn can keep each other company and use each other for support.
The last i heard, he was still looking to be back around Xmas. He was walking, but not able to run on it. But he is progressing nicely according to those in the know.
I agree with the comment about him appearing to be an inspired signing!! He complements JE perfectly and they can only grow and prosper as the weeks go on. Its nicer to see him mentioned in write-ups rather than left out after an indifferent game like RJ was week in week out.
Not happy with one of the comments on this thread at all! Can you spot it!? http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/85981-Tamas-Priskin-wants-out-of-Ipswich
I would dispute that we are a poor footballing side of late. however in the Boothroyd era and some time after we were a Hoofball team and thats what he was asked to play. Im sure he can do slightly better on the ground, but we never gave him the chance.
Still rather the lads we have at the moment , he is part of the past , and hopefully will stay just that!
Just seen this. What were we saying about the youngsters and loans?? http://www.watfordfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~2448469,00.html
i must admit, of all the kids we played last season and in the pre-season, he was the least impressive...i think it'll do him a world of good...
Game time wont hurt for any of the kids not in SD\s plans ,lets hope their development will continue and be of benefit to player and club!
