    I think the police may well be needed elsewhere. It takes a lot of resources to police 70000 fans at a football game.

    Wonder how much Watford will have lost due to this cancellation - i know it is hardly relevant in the bigger context but wearing my small Hornet hat I am always looking at our finances

    I wonder if the club took out insurance against the game not being played. I once insured our village fete against rain, and collected a very tidy sum for a half hour shower. ;)
