I really don't understand how Palace are still involved. I was looking at the stats in play tonight and after about an hour Brighton had had 7 shots on target to Palace's 1. Next time I checked it was 2-0 to Palace. Palace deeply irritate me and Watford deserve it more.
I would prefer Watford to go up. I dislike Palace, they're hugely overrated and their supporters seem to be particularly blinkered - I reckon that if they do go up they'll almost certainly reserve one of the relegation places.
As before, for sporting reasons I want Palace to be up (least equipped to step up of the options), but due to the events involving fans at both our games this season I want Watford to go up.
Watford. But then I would have preferred Leicester or Brighton, so I have probably just ensured that it's Palace.
Without Zaha they're going to struggle and will need to keep Bolasie What's going to happen with all the Italians at Watford? Will they be able to keep/sign them?
What a barrel of monkeys!.....Watford as they finished third. But then all their loans! Palace cos they'll (hopefully) be 1 of 3 to be relegated. But then there's Holloway. It's a kind of Hobson's Choice
Cant believe so many people want Watford to win.. They've had a HUGELY unfair advantage over every other club in the championship. Yes they play some excellent football but where would they be in the table if their owner didnt also own other clubs and sent some of their best young players over? midtable obscurity probably. Before anyone says they didnt break any rules, your right, they did not. but thats only because the FA are bloody idiots. Bottom line is the championship, and every other division in football is meant to have an even playing field, one club should not have a distinct advantage over any other club. Cant stand Holloway but I do hope they smash Watford.
There isn't a level playing field, some clubs have rich owners and some are skint. Us, Cardiff and Blackburn spent more than any other clubs this season, two of us got promoted and the only one that didn't is ****ing ******ed. Is that really any different? Is Darren Ferguson getting any grief over all the Man United loans? No, because Peterborough got relegated, so nobody gives a ****. They followed the rules, they're the better team and Zola is far more likeable than Holloway.
For those asking, Watford are under a "Regulation 19" transfer embargo. What this means is that we can still sign players, but we have to show all paperwork to the powers that be to prove there is no third party involvement and get their permission. So, WE'LL SIGN WHO WE WANT, WE'LL SIGN WHO WE WANT, FROM UDINESE WE'LL SIGN WHO WE WANT
