Sissoko ain't ****, he causes havoc. He can't finish that's for sure, but if we had a ruthless striker up top Sissoko would make lots of goals, but we don't have one so that's that. We don't really have an alternative to Sissoko right now either. Maybe if we get Townsend, but that's still wishful thinking.

Sissoko needs a babysitter, and with Janmaat behind him, who is also very attack minded...they just get caught out at least 2 a game, they're way upfield and Sissoko gives the ball away. Hell, I'd still rather watch that then watching Barton play long balls in from the right and Perch not moving beyond the halfway line. The way we're playing is exciting to watch. The last few games I've been more entertained by our team than I have been in the last 2 years under Pardew.

Colback had a good game - 7 minimum
Same for Mbemba - 7 at least, good defending

Go stick an egg up your nose - at no point in my life have I ever said Willo was even a PL player, let alone a good one.

Mitrovic's short-comings are, to me, not all that obvious and nothing time, coaching and experience can't fix. He can't do everything, few players can. You could bring Lewandoski into this side and I don't think he'd do a better job, because what is needed is someone to harry, chase, make himself big and bring one of the finest midfielders in Europe - Wijnaldum - into the game.

What is obvious is his effort, his ability to get on the end of a ball, his presence, his fight. Even his pace running onto a Shelvey through-ball surprised me. He's a good player and, more importantly, he's our player. I'd want him ahead of any other name mentioned. Sure, I'd take Lukaku and a few others ahead of him, but we're NUFC, we're 17th and for us to have this European-wide name up top is a great thing. I'd only like to see a loan option come in, Remy fits the bill, just to ease the pressure. Give this kid the 9 in my book for next year, and let Arma play with him as well as Perez.

Love the bloke. He's a top, top player. Compare and contrast to Yanga-Mbiwa, Willo, Saylor and a number of other charlatans who've been first choice CB. If we must loath Carr for some real shyte. got to give him his dues on Chancel - cracking signing.

Nah, I think ill stick with a 7
    Played well in my opinion.
I don't see the point in being overly critical, because he made one mistake.

It was good performance, with no player letting the Team down.

Mitrovic is 21 and still learning the game. Likewise Mbemba. Both will get far better in time. The raw talent is there.

Indeed, I'm fairly sure it was pan-dimensional.

Now that you mention it I would go to the extent of saying it was omni-dimensional

I was tempted to claim it was better than Rozzazinho could have done, but there's a limit to its' power.

I heard he hung someone out to dry as well. They haven't scored in about 18 matches. We could've taken media darlings West 'Am for a cricket score. Pardew's a turd. Four years he was here, and in six months McClaren (of all people) has managed to get around £25m spent on Shelvey and Townsend. It CAN be done, you just need balls.

An egg up the nose? <laugh>

    That's a new one...

He isn't going to get 50 premier league goals if he plays to 65. What's needed is a goalscorer. I think it's too ludicrous to bother arguing the toss over whether we need a big fat "try's hard" type who couldn't identify a banjo, much less hit a cows arse with one, over someone who sticks away chances when they come. What a ridiculous stance to take.

Maybe we could have a winger who is slow and can't pass, shoot or cross, but can portray the emotion of a wounded swan better than DiCaprio in The Revenant... Or sign one of those left backs who has a beautiful pair of eyes....

Like I said, you'll double quick change this strange tune you're bashing when we continue to struggle.
