Neil Warnock would be a huge asset to any team. He didn't need Mittal's billions to take us from near relegation to (virtual) champions in 14 months. It took good old fashioned management nouse. I know we'll lament his passing when the time comes. Just pray the investors can be convinced that success in the prem is guaranteed by the appointment of a foreign manager. If they want European qualification, with the right kind of money behind them Warnock, O'Neil, Allardice, Hughton etc. would be a better bet imo.
