I think you could be right Mighty - but Bates cant now say we only just missed out and we will do it next season... Nowhere near the Playoffs now.

Yes he did. The reason we've finished as low as we have is we've had probably the 2nd most disruptive season next to Pompey's. Loss of key players, change in management etc. doesn't lead to success.
