You bastard Ristac! I've been travelling all day and your headline was the first thing I spotted when I got online at my hotel. Bastard! I fell for it. Must be tired.

What a lazy ****er, I haven't had an holiday all here and this guy has 2 in the space of a month. And he was unemployed for a couple of months as well.

So he's had a couple of weeks off and now another week, which makes 3-weeks. Anyone else is entitled to at least 4-weeks, but if he doesn't get any in before the season starts, when is he supposed to take time off?

I think this July 1st thing is just a nice sounding date someone's plucked out of their arse. Think it might just be at some point this week. Then again their could be an announcement before the owners actually take control.

Yea probably. But I have heard a few things regarding its already actually happened and they are waiting to announce it (for some reason unknown to me) and 1st July was just the date they were going to announce it in which they would already have control over the club. Probably a load of **** though

July the 1st is when players contracts run out I believe. Nothing more, nothing less. Bates said ages ago (which underminded what warnock said about getting players in early) he would be waiting & not paying them for doing f*ck all. I expect this is why July the 1st is getting touted as a day something may happen.

Probably be a signing that we have agreed rather than a takeover though. I assume a takeover would be announced as and when rather than a future set date.

The European Law on employee's holidays is that there must be a minimum of 28 days (if working a 5 day week) or 5.6 weeks. Part time workers are pro rata to this, within their weeky hours.
As Warnock can only take a block holiday during the period when the season has ended and before another one starts, it's not surprising he is taking them just now.

It's like factory fortnight, the good old days!
