I have them with Man U and City in a cheeky little treble.

 

I could only just bring myself to bet against us (for the first time ever) away to Arsenal and might well do the same when we visit Anfield. But to bet on a home defeat against Cardiff - that just shows you how bad things are now. I bet you wouldn't have dreamt you'd be doing that at the start of the season (or even half way through it).

Watched Chelsea get beat last night by a team assembled on a shoestring playing fantastic football.
Just done a 5 miler and feeling good.

Hmmm, I'm not sure you can really class 'walking to the fridge and back 100 times to get more food' as a 'five miler'.

 

Aye mate. I'm into running and am tickling up my mileage as I have two 10k races (Gateshead 10k and the Great North 10k) before I hit the Great North Run in September.
The amount of drink I throw down my fat neck I need a counterbalance to stop me getting as big as Obi.

Playing days are over, so footy (and rugby) are now best enjoyed seated, with a cold beer in hand.

I recently took possession (that sounds like theft) of a rowing machine....I've got that, an exercise bike and weights in the gym I've built in my house. Twenty minutes on the bike every morning followed by ten on the rowing machine.....dripping with sweat. Repeat this on an evening.....my weight is down to 11 stone 13, 32" waist, flat stomach, I'm in my forties and have never been fitter. No ***s, not much beer, the odd treat. On holiday soon....and the birds will eye my beautiful physique on the beach <perv Glow>

ACS only said that as he knows he's safe what with me being 300 miles away and him being good at running.
