    Did you see that thing in the news about the Charley Hurley Centre land? Not sure on the ins and outs but the land of their former training site looks to be being sold of for new housing (Storey Homes). However it s being sucked straight into the loan facility by the bank they owe money too. The suggestion is this is a very bad sign that things are being taken out of their hands. Maybe its not the case but once you start worrying about defaulting on your responsibilities...

    Why not rent out the Bungalow of light, it's currently vacant possession so any prospective tennant could move straight in.
