    It's quite possible for Sunderland to survive if they manage to win, say, three of their remaining games, as one of either Bolton or Reading could well not win another game this season. However, if Barnsley pick up form and points - and I think they will - then the mackems have no hope in hell of staying up. Basically, they need a minimum of 10 points, Barnsley to fail to improve AND require Bolton or Reading to not win another game. In other words, they're doomed...

    Poor mackems and poor Australians as well. The Aussie cheats got totally humped off South Africa in the Test series. They lost the Fourth Test by over 400 runs <laugh>

    Only if Reading, Bolton and Birmingham all win both of their next two games. Unlikely to be that night mathematically, though if they fail to win either of their next two games then effectively it'll move from 25 to 1 on to about 100 to 1 on.
