    Ok a third of the goals scored in the championship tonight have been scored against Sunderland. It doesn't change the fact that Swansea, after beating Liverpool last week are now beating Arsenal. We are ****ed. Absolutely, royally ****ed.

    Yet a win tomorrow night could see us up to 11th in the table if Stoke beat Watford at home and Chelsea beat Bournemouth.

    Two for Clucas tonight. A player Rafa wanted to sign in the summer but our hierarchy decided we couldn't compete financially with Swansea City. Cannot and will not.

    There are 7 teams in the relegation fight and we are one of them, but even without any more signings we have as much chance as any of them in staying up. Not saying we will as it will be tight as **** and go to the wire but we have a chance. Luckily we have a fantastic manager who can work miracles with a sub-standard squad, as he's proved all season long so far this term.

    Or alternatively, you could say, in the last 5 games we picked up 5 points, which isn't too bad considering that two of the 5 were against Man City

    So, potentially clear of both of those clubs fairly soon if we all maintain current form

    Lewis Grabban who did so well is available for loan. Having spent time in Sunderland, experiencing their culture, listening to their twang, he has decided he'd rather spend 4 months listening to brummie accents at Villa.
