I hadn't noticed any of that to be honest.

I heard the stained bedsheets were out in Pennywell and that Hastings Hill pub was overran with pro/anti Mowbray lads looking for straighteners with each other. <laugh>

Or a Tuesday as people from outside of the village of the damned call it.....

Bizarrely, ended up with no pushback. Bit disappointed really, but didn’t put much effort into it.

I expected after 2 posts you'd be banned.
    Most on here were.
I think Dorty and Sammy got banned IN CASE they decided to go over there.
It's hilarious reading their board. All over the place in a cocooned therapy session with popeye the pie piper calling the tune.
    Nowt changes.

They lost one of their original members yesterday, RAWHITE.
IMO a cracking poster from the days of BBC606.

He was a good man. Of course we crossed swords but he gave as good as he got which I respect and he was always civil in how he interacted.
Whitey, Syd, Nads and Sid were some of the posters I most respected.

    RIP fella.

The favourites for your next boss are ummm... interesting, I've never heard of the top 3 ie Julien Sable, Kim Hellberg and Steven Schumacher. Then we get the usual clowns like Heckingbottom and Lampard.

They all appear to be a risk after the "safe" Mowbrray.

I'm almost at the point of feeling a bit sorry for them.

The owner and director of football (Speakman) have a business model in place which seems to be buying young unknown talent and developing it in the first team to then sell on at a profit.

Mowbray seems to have piped up saying they need experienced players to aid this development and give them a better chance to get promotion, the board are against this idea (Hence Mowbray being turfed).

Looks like the board have decided they need a young coach who will be a yes man and do what he's told and not bad mouth the business model to the press.

In the mean time the owners stating stuff like he wants promotion to the PL to continue this same business model to sell season tickets, whilst having no interest in furnishing the squad with the players this would require.

It's just going to be a never ending cycle of supporting young kids to watch them be sold at best, and if they continue to ignore more experienced pro's to aid in the development and help the team win matches it's going to end in tears and possible relegation again.

Hard to see how a squad of young inexperienced kids are ever going to be able to go toe to toe with whichever teams get relegated with the parachute money they receive and the bigger squads they already have from being in the PL.

Meanwhile, their main rivals (us) are flourishing (at present). Real possibility they could lose a ton of young support if their not careful in the next few years.

They somehow seem to have got themselves a younger Mike Ashley.

I'm not! If the boot was on the other foot they'd spare you no mercy mate.

When you've got your enemy defeated you run them through or risk an uprising in the future.

Absolutely NO MERCY should be afforded to them and over the coming years they'll still put up some brave attempts to annoy us like cup finals for example! They must be therefore punished ruthlessly.

For decade upon decade they've asked for it and now they're going to get it.
