Also I would add, that I don’t look at main stream media for a ‘moral barometer’ I can work that out for myself. And I have to say, that bar that doc that the BBC pulled, they and others are doing a decent job of covering the conflict, despite the attempts of Israel to shun all foreign journalists and place a cloak over their actions. If it wasn’t for the BBC getting hold of that footage from the medic who was murdered along with his colleagues, the only ‘official’ line would still be the bullshit coming out of the IDF media dept that they attacked a convey of vehicles with no lights on, transporting a group of Hamas operatives It is incidences like this, as well as the rocket attack on the UN aid vehicles, along with countless other reports of aid workers, medical workers being deliberately targeted, that means it is absolutely vital that a sharp focus is trained on the IDF from the media.
In other words, "Would you please look the other way while we carry on bombing schools and hospitals".
I like to start with Sudan over hors d'oeuvre, then move on to Gaza for the main course. Ukraine for dessert and possibly a little bit of Myanmar over coffee to finish.
Complaining about the media scrutiny because they are covering the atrocities and exposing the lies Classic attack the messenger mentality.
It is trendy though. A Palestine flag will just be the new Che Guevara t shirt worn by dim rebellious teenagers. Privileged white people in Ponceshire getting in a tizz over it should know better.
All about Instagram stories now. There’s probably TikToks in front of the Sabra hummus in Waitrose but I’m too old for that.
... and attempting the lazy (and somewhat predictable) must be woke / must be middle class 'smear' of anyone not readily accepting of the 'defensive' collateral damage that appears to now include 'command centres' in ambulances ...
I called you a ponce because you’re a ponce. I’ve not called anyone else a ponce because they aren’t ponces. Preach all you want but nobody in your position can ably dictate how to react to what Israel has gone through and continues to go through. As has been the case from day one, Hamas can return the hostages and surrender.
Fair enough ... you obviously don't know the meaning of the word - but that sums you up - just an arrogant little prick with an inflated ego and a lack of any real humanity for people not yours - no doubt went to a private school and yet came away from it still ignorant of a wider world ... and certainly, nobody in your position knows what Palestinians are going through ...
