Politics is theatre, it's not even a secret that politicians are schooled in how to present unpalatable information to the media. Bare faced liars and manipulators, shoved in front of a camera to deliver their well practiced bullshit to a largely unquestioning and apathetic audience. But like you say, they are the puppets chosen to deliver the message. We know their cabal runs deeper than the talking heads. And we know they lie and have secrets they want to cover up, because they go to great lengths to obfuscate and deceive. We have an official secrets act under the guise of 'national security' that allows a blanket ban on anything they deem too incendiary for public consumption And you only have to look at what happened to Julian Assange when somebody exposes them. Not one of the secrets he exposed has ever been refuted, because it can't be. So they've banged him up on trumped up charges. Either that or they'll do what the Israeli's or Saudi's do, and murder journalists instead.
totally agree I also find it fking insane that a journalist is being held against his will in Britain for releasing information that every journalist in a free country should be encouraged to do yet what do we have instead fk wits ignoring his information and instead calling him a threat to national security and either forgetting he exists or pro his deportation to a country with a less than honest court system In short the British people should be ashamed especially to be preaching like you say about the fallen from ww2 who died to stop this kinda of thing happening to us in the first place fking scumbags and the lowest of low in my honest opinion can’t we swap them with the refugees who come across the channel in rubber boats
