the pilots who will need training will already be fast fighter jet pilots just a case of training them on a newer more advanced version though whether it is a good idea is another matter .

I was listening to some of the big boss RAF guys in the parliamentary commitee meeting, not a chance according to them. It seems people would like to think it could happen and as long as we are prepared to accept they could potentially be writing off several millions of kit on take off then not a problem lol. I think if the RAF guys were allowed to speak their true minds it would have gone something like 'not a fooking chance.'

Great if they can, but I wasn't left with an overwhelming feeling of confidence.

I think they are better than the commons debates, because the challenging comments/questions get more stuck in, and you have no where to hide, because they tend not to let you get away with blagging it.

I caught the RAF one by pure chance, because I'd previously heard of the problems that were identified with supplying jets, it's not as easy as the media likes to portray, so it's good getting it straight from the horses mouth so to speak.

I'll only listen to the big ones though, so NHS, Strikes, they had that Mick guy at one of them, he was really good, the other two guys with him were a bit meh. I saw the one for Grenfell Tower as well. That's how I always know when Sucky is talking bolloxs. <laugh>

They would also need to train the ground crews and supply them with spares .
Really not convinced this is a good idea or where all this excess military kit has suddenly appeared from .

Biden's speech today was all about America and how fantastic they are.
May be wrong on this but my recollection has them as one of the last/slowest to offer help to Ukraine.

Well it's not some rag tag middle-east despot they could roll over so they had to wait for everyone else to give Ukraine a chance.

But hey at least they came in, there are plenty of other places "fighting for freedom" that somehow don't deserve freedom bcos 'merica have got different vested interests.

I wonder if Biden has a problem with helping Ukraine, even though he claims to stand by them, I'd imagine his fear is Trump. I think Trump could possibly pull all American help out of the area and surely Biden's concern would be that could be a vote winner for the Republicans. I don't know, it's just me thinking out loud but I saw some short vid on twitter today, where someone suggested that Biden wouldn't spend $3B on a border wall, but is happy to plough $150B in to Ukraine. I also saw this on twitter...

After pulling out of Afghanistan, how will the American public react to knowing that Biden is ploughing Billions into what is Europes war. Putin will be loving it knowing Trump is hanging in the wing in just over a year from now. This is going to get messy for sure.
