Here is another angle from photos that day please log in to view this image With clear information regarding location, time and individuals, additional reference images and videos of the field kitchen can be pinpointed using a Google reverse image search. They are characterized by a number of recurring details: The red-and-white barrier, the pattern of the buildings in the background, the metal rack for the pots, the gate with its blue tarps and the NGO employees present at the scene. Taken together, these indications suggest that there can be no question of the photo in question being staged.
