How about "Patten - A Lust for Glory". Made in the 70s when anti-war was at its height and George C. Scott did not even attend the Oscars when he won as best actor.

Good selection showing how our nations have gotten over that awful time and can now fairly accurately depict it. One you might like to know about is the German "Stalingrad" obviously told from their perspective but accurate along the lines of Das Boot.

It rings a bell Nos (Stalingrad) but I’ll watch again :emoticon-0100-smile strange that there hasn’t ever been any films about the Bosnia War in the 90’s??
