Do any of you know what Joe Jordan and Kevin Bond actually do? I've got to the stage where I don't think it matters who we sign - I don't think it will make any difference.
What I think we're lacking is a coach - a real coach who knows how to develop and improve the players and whose got some tactical nous.
It regularly looks to me like the players have been nowhere near the training ground during the week. Most of the time we can't even keep the ball at a throw in and we have no idea what to do in the final third.
I don't think it's any coincidence that our best run was when McClaren was with us.
I know it won't happen but my message to TF and HR is forget new signings, please find us a decent coach.
