As Ron has sadly moved on we are looking for a new moderator to replace him. As most of you will know, Ron and I shared moderation duties for many years and we always found it works best to have two moderators such that we were able to discuss things - particularly how we deal with controversy or rule-breaking on the forum - before taking action. We have also been superbly supported by the Supermods - in particular [HASHTAG]#resurgam[/HASHTAG] who is always there when we need him.

Moderation can require as little - or as much - effort as the individual desires. It can be as easy as "keeping an eye on things" but we would also welcome new ideas on how to improve the forum and increase membership and posting. As an aside - new and different input is always welcome from anyone on the Forum so please feel free :)

If anyone is interested in becoming a moderator (and it can certainly be more than 1 person - happy to have 2,3 or 4 moderators) please drop me a message via the conversation function.

thankless job oddy, but as they say , someone has to do it , i’m not able to commit enough time atm , things may change though .......
