Disappointing result, especially as they seem to have switched to a reserve / youth team part way through the second half. Another appearance of Pugh at CB, wonder if BMD is thinking of keeping him....

It hasn't left me from the end of last season, I was happy with the appointment of the new manager, I was even more happy that he had been given a million for Murphy but it ends there and the addition of Murphy isn't going to take us from mid table plodders to promotion candidates and I don't see Hunt as doing any better than Becchio did and I certainly am not excited by Smith. The above tweet suggests to me that BMD isn't a happy bunny and he expected to have a few more new faces.

 

What's up with Hall, leaving or currently injured?

 

I can't remember seeing it reported anywhere that he was injured, so my guess would be leaving. How long does he have on his contract?

 

Hall is behing everyone else in fitness as he got time off to be a daddy. Baby now born. He tweets as though he has a future & will move heaven & earth to get in the team. We shall see.

 

On today's showing I don't think he needs to move heaven and earth to get in the team

Just needs to turn up with his boots
