Don't know about that Notso, same thing happened to Townsend at Ipswich- new management didn't fancy him and decided not to play him. In the end loan was terminated.
Adam Smith is 22, had 7 loan moves and only played 1 first team game for us. Fairly similar to the situation Townsend was in, as if you looked at his previous you could be forgiven for saying he wouldn't make it. Townsend - Chadli Smith - Fryers Carroll - Holtby/Siggy We don't always have to look elsewhere when our youngsters are better options.
Walker has been a hell of a lot better than last season, still nowhere near the 11/12 form but worthy of his first team position at the moment in my opinion. Needs to work on his positioning, luckily his pace bails him out massively but I wouldn't want him to always rely on that. His crossing could to with a bit of work too.
