As an owner or share holder I love this business model. It means I get rich with minimum effort and investment. I have Wenger as a manager who is able to perform small miracles every season and line my pockets with the sale of top players and Champions league footie. As a fan ( in particular the season ticket holders) it leaves me a bit empty because I see no return from my investment in the club but hey as long as my owner is getting rich then I should be thankful for small mercies. Seeing Walcott leave when the situation could be avoided will really ****ing tick me off no end. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes as CYM pointed out but some things are pretty ****ing obvious if you use common sense.
