Henry was fast, he wasn't injury prone. Sanchez isn't exactly slow, he isn't injury prone either and he works 10 times harder than Walcott does.

Henry was strong too. For me, Henry was the perfect athlete, he had the perfect physique in my opinion. He had it all really, strong, fast, agile, all the ingredients you want.

Well he just turned 26 (yesterday) so as a strength and conditioning coach I would say its reasonable to assume he can keep his pace until 32-33.
This is of course down to both genetics and body maintenance.
Yup! the guy had it all.

One of the things people forget about Henry too is his great defending at corners, he would often be the first player on the near post and his height meant that he defended corners really well, also because of his pace he was often involved in not only winning the ball back, but then turning teams around on the counter and going up the other end and scoring.

That prick CR7 is the perfect athlete. He's physically blessed and his making great use of his attributes. Take these away from him and he's like any average player.

I see Walcott like a Michael Owen. One trick-pony. But as long as that trick still works it's great to have just in case.

Henry was multi-dimensional and Walcott is more of a specialist. Walcott has a place in our team and on his day offers a lot, and in a different way to some of our other players. The purpose of a squad is to have a good balance of players that offer different things. Walcott can offer a different threat to say Giroud or Sanchez, we should embrace that.

Take away Ronaldo's pace and strength and you'd still have an incredibly talented player, his technique alone is out of this world.

    The c*ckweasel.

Yeah the man does have it all doesn't he. For me I'd have him over Messi, purely because you could use Ronaldo in a lot of different areas. He is multi-faceted.

Messi for me is your footballer's footballer. He's got vision, pace, technique, heart. His control is incredible. If Messi lost his pace he can still stand out. Some of his passing is just mind boggling.

Messi over Ronaldo every time for me as Ronaldo is a selfish **** who only cares about himself and not the team whereas Messi is more for the team

How the **** did Theo get a call up to the England squad? He has barely got off the bench in the last month, what a sad state of affairs we are in as a national team.

I think for football Henry had the better physique than Ronaldo, he was more smoother as well.

Henry was smoother because he is naturally gifted. You can tell CR7 is all about mechanics. I think physically CR7 is supreme. He's muscularly lean. He has amazing leap. He lightening quick. I see him as one that was built. The likes of Messi, Zidane, Henry were born.

He is very physically good Ronaldo, but I don't know, for me personally, I just really liked Henry's physique, that's the type of physique I'd want for a striker.

Ronaldo is very talented as well but he developed his skills by a lot of hard work and dedication. A prime example of a sportsman who developed himself at a later stage and became one of the best was Imran Khan. He taught himself how to bowl very quick and learn how to swing the ball. He also worked really hard on his batting and developed into an all-rounder. He wasn't gifted like a Sobers but worked extremely hard to play at the highest level. He was also one of the first cricketers to take fitness to the next level.
