Wael Al Qadi

Hussain Al Saeed has purchased the Al Qadi shares 45% over the next 18 months. Wael will still be the club president until the completion of the sale.

Not sure how to feel about this.

Need more info on future plans like what's going on with the stadium regen etc.

It’s the end of the Wael era and the start of the AlSaeed after the transition over the past year. He sounds like he’s got more money behind him which is a good thing, but I fear we won’t be seeing much progress on the pitch under the present manager irrespective of funds.

I think Wael Al qadi will be much missed, had the pleasure of speaking to him a couple of times and he seemed a really genuine and interested in all that went on in the club

Wael was a very personable chap and he clearly had, and still has, the club’s best interests at heart. Great to see he’ll still have links to the Gas.
