I was well pissed off on Saturday but I'll be there by my laptop on Saturday listening and full of hope. Loyalty doesn't die.
I'm echo-ing your views Rocky, Devon and Wendover. I can't believe that some (and that's not you Slasher cos I understand what you are saying, this is more aimed at the silly old buggers in the gaseous room) think a manager who, in the two years here, got us promoted (whilst playing good footy) is now under pressure. It's a bit daft and, Devon, as you say, it's jsut from people who started watching us when we got into the league. THey don't realise that, as club histories go, ours is pretty damn successful (And certainly eventful!). We were NEVER going to be challenging for honours in League 1, we are a long way from that, and the people who were bleating on about play off places were mad. We were always going to fight to stay up, and it's proving to be a fight. Still, wouldn't put it past Hayes to sack him without any medium or long term strategy, costing us a fortune in the process, burying us even more in debt... before we go down anyway. Give him time. In Waddock I Still Trust. And if he goes I will put some money on us to go down. Show me some odds Ron.
Jock, Victor Chandler are the only firm offering odds against for relegation at 5/4 against. All others are odds on.
thank you! I'll be back in touch if Wadds gets the bullet. If any bookie knows his game (as if any don't) they will stop taking bets if Waddock goes.
