    They can probably be found 15 miles north of Watford. <ok>

    In all seriousness though, they're into their third season at that level.

    When they first went down the presumption was that Luton vs a mediocre League Two side made little difference to a player. He may as well have a good chance of being a hero in a Conference promotion season, rather than being one of the blokes who played in one of those League Two seasons. But surely with this second failure, mid-table League Two clubs will be able to lure some of the "better" players away?
