thought the fact he is only 16 might be a fairly big clue to that

On a general point it does seem a lot of young "defenders" are far more interested in being expressive rather than in the art of defending which has to be the first & foremost attribute of any player in that position .

Hmmm, I'm not sure he's ready just yet, and given our chances of winning the league, can we afford to risk it?
He looks like a real prospect, but I don't think we should get carried away. One for the (hopefully not too distant) future, imo.
